Contrary to popular belief, they had never been a constitutional right to privacy. Thus, new laws would be the first. Unreasonable searches and seizures shall not be considered an umbrella of privacy. If any form of monitoring would be illegal because someone might hear or see something of a "private" character. Then he heard an argument between a married couple. This kind of nonsense. Hell, says the social security card on the back. "Not for identification." Do not try and see, however, have to deal with what kind of problem. Unfortunately, our ancestors had no idea how much information the average person would have required 200 years after the ratification of the Constitution.
