What are my alternatives when an attorney's firm won't pay me? - attorney invoice

I'm studying the language for the interpretation of a statement by a lawyer, California has flown here by a large firm in Chicago. For five months, they have ignored my bills, e-mails and phone calls.

compile their e-mails or letters, the lawyer asked for his services, and the response accepting the assignment, and out of the bill and send it to the lawyer and cc: Senior Partner, lawyers and state association. Send certified return receipt requested. I say this not paid if he is his signature and name of the lawyer out there fitted. no lawyer wants to be associated with this type of BS, in conjunction

I had a friend, a check for $ 300.00 hot do not pay for a lawyer and the lawyer .. To receive a morning he walked into the office of the lawyer ... asked to see him and told him he was not logged. My friend said the receptionist politely thank you and said, "I'll wait until he comes." Now, my friend sat down and every time a customer came in and talk to them ... and tell them why I was there, and check the hot show ..... by the Secretary-General noted that this would happen 2-3 times .. said my friend who was a lawyer and I could see him .. The lawyer had to wait $ 300,00 in cash frustrated .. true story.

Wow. If Bill had been ignored for so long, I want to send a final invoice by mail and by post on payment within 30 days of demand and threatened to refer the matter to court if they are loaded. If you do not pay, and bring them before the courts of their jurisdiction. If the bill is less than $ 5,000, bringing the small claims court.

That sucks.

1. Make sure that are still there and have not lost the court in another case.

2. Do not talk to the receptionist. Talk to liabilities. Could an accident.

3. Hang ... they are paid.

Good luck,
